This city is possible because of the people that make it happen—the trumpet player on the corner of Royal & Conti with an open case full of spare change and crumpled dollar bills, the waitress at Pat O’s keeping an eye out to get you the next table in the Piano Bar, the line cook working long hours back of house to bring you the iconic cuisine that lures you to this city, and the culture bearer who lines up in regal handmade, handsewn, hand-beaded, feathered finery to carry on and preserve a heritage and culture found nowhere else in this world.

It’s no secret that short-term rentals create lucrative business opportunities. So we’re going to leverage them.
We plan to develop mixed-zone properties with a majority of living spaces dedicated to affordable housing while using short-term rentals to sponsor them.
We’re using what we know is possible with STRs with what New Orleans desperately needs—fueling our vision of a thriving New Orleans community and a sustained culture that receives an equal share of tourism gains.
